Pride Partner Patron Program

The Pride Partner patron program was designed to support the needs of our growing organization and to fulfill our mission. Your contribution helps our members grow musically and share the joy of music to all who hear the Capital Pride Band perform.

CapPride, as we are also known, was founded in 2003 primarily as a marching band. Now, in addition to our annual appearance in the Columbus Pride Parade & Festival, the band presents two concerts per year and has steadily grown to number over 70 members. Since our inception, a variety of components of CapPride including pep band, jazz band, “Holiday Brass,” and other ensembles have enabled the band to average about 20 performances in the community a year.

Financial support through the Pride Partner program will allow the band to purchase equipment such as music stands and instruments, provide grants to individual members, and continue to provide support for CPBC performances. CapPride is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The program has six identified levels of support, although all donations are accepted and greatly appreciated. Please complete the form on the next page to become a Pride Partner of the Capital Pride Band of Columbus today!
